My Dear Fans,

Today I've decided to do something I would never believe I'd do. Those of you who have been members of my site for longer time and visit my chatroom regularly already knew I shot pictures with Veronika Zemanova long time before I announced it in my news letter to you. We did the whole production in the beginning of September, the same day when I shot with Victoria Zdrok. Victoria was even asking Veronika to participate in the shoot (three girls shoot) but Veronika refused it just one day before it was scheduled. She asked Vicca to pay her money, saying she needs no pictures of her to publish at www.CzechBeauty.com as there are supposed to be only Czech girls on her Website. I considered it very rude but did not intermeddle. I know Victoria did very much for her while Veronika stayed in USA, helping her with a lot of stuff, even giving her contacts (if not intermediating) to Playboy video department without asking anything back. The reason I shot with Veronika as well as other models like Vicca or Tara is to gain interesting materials for our websites, to give them some boost. During such a shoot, models share expanses and get 50 - 50 share of the materials. I used to be quite a good friend with Veronika and everytime she called me I was willing to help.

Therefore I was willing to help her with her new site knowing Veronika was exploited by her former boyfriend Stefano, who established www.veronicazemanova.com site (Veronika cooperated with him for certain period of time) and did not give her a profit generated on that site. I hired a photographer (Darren McCorrmack) and location on Thursday before Vicca's arrival on Friday. Veronika called me on Thursday she was not coming, she wanted me to shoot with her in her studio on Friday. I did not care where the shoot was gonna take place as long as it was done in the morning so that I had enough time to pick Victoria up at the airport and take care of her as I promised. Darren, being friend, was ready to take the pictures for free so I supposed Veronika set something similar up. Little I new she would be almost 1 hour late for the shoot even she new I had my program for the afternoon. She even came up with 8 pages long contract to sign. I was confused. I wanted to shoot but after all, I started to doubt if it was a good idea. I did it after all, remembering hundreds of emails requesting a shoot with Veronika. If nothing, it would be good for business.

It took some time to set up lights, meanwhile I dealt with that contract. The content basically asked for all the rights to be retained by Veronika and I would get only few pictures. Still I did it as I believed we were friends and if she was to make profit form it, I would be happy her. Although it does not look so on the pics, I very soon sorrowed I did participate in the shoot. Veronika was hard to work with, always complaining at something. After while she even asked photographer to shoot more of her as she thought she was the one in the background. Later she realized a video she ordered was not going to happen as the camera did not arrive. I immediately offered her my camera I brought along and Adrian who was there with me shot it. Being a friend, understanding what this shoot is originally supposed to be about I told Adrian to even sign a statement he will give a copy to Veronika imediatelly. It took him one week, it took Veronika 4 months to send me pictures of her selection.

In my opinion the shoot was a disaster. I did not enjoy it at all and it only caused me troubles. It was the same day I was asked by ing. Robert Novotny, Veronika's boyfriend, to provide him with 5 pictures of mine they could use at Czech Beauty as it was supposed to be free informative server about Czech girls. I sent him 20 pictures to choose from, he replaced my watermarks and added all of them to member's section. They also used a conception of their site (similar to Stephen Hick's) where it appears I am actively participating in creating their site, it even says something like it could be my official site. I gave them afford-mentioned pictures expecting them to put a link back to my site but they never did. I never approved them to represent me in my professional carrier. I never committed to any live chat or strip show at their site. And I am very upset now!!! Asking why?

Not that it took Veronika 4 months to send me the pictures. Nor about all that happened around the shoot. Not that she is arrogant and did all the things on her site I never approved... Two weeks ago, after I finally received the pictures from Veronika, we came to an agreement with Mr. Klecander, a representative of Czech Beauty that we both will start immediate campaign for the shoot and that the pictures will be published at both our sites the first week in February 2002. I received threatening letter from ing. Novotny, asking me to take down the video I published as a part of the campaign. He told me he was going to sue me, that I do not know who I made angry... I am not going to tolerate this kind of behavior. Victoria was right sayng: "Who the hell does Veronika think she is?" I hate loosing friends but what kind of friends can we be now? I tried to be nice, overlooking many things, being very stupid in this matter. No more nice Kyla.

I will publish the pictures of me and Veronika according to the agreement with Mr. Klecander. I hereby state I never gave any permission nor committed to any further cooperation with Czech Beauty. I never gave them permission to introduce me as Czech. I am Slovak and I am damned proud of it. I will take all legal actions to make them correct all the things and to pay for threatening me!

Read the copies of the complaints that were sent to Veronika and the officials at www.CzechBeauty.com. I also included a letter from Eliyahu aka Wildboy, long time Veronika's deep admirer pointing out the practices at Czech Beauty. He sent the copy to me and Zdenka Podkapova, Pet of the Millenium.

I published the pics of me and Veronika. I really felt like not doing so after all but then I realized people would have to pay incommensurate amount of money (IMHO) to see it at www.czechbeauty.com, so I decided to make it free to everyone.
