June 2021 News and Update Details
A shout out this month to the wonder of video upscaling courtesy of Topaz AI. Topaz AI represents a new generation of video enhancement programs which incorporates AI to intelligently enlarge videos to significantly inprove the quality of the original. A few members of the forum have been busy taking some the old Veronika and literally breathing new life in some of Veronika's old classics. Topaz AI does a particularly phenomenal job at taking DVD ripped content and not only removing the interlacing but extracting details not even seen on the orignial DVD source. Find below an example of a before and after Topaz AI to visualize the difference:
Perhaps one day we'll get a version of Topaz AI that will create a 3D hologram of Veronika ... now that will be the day ;-) For now we'll enjoy these revitalized videos!!!

This month marks the last of the set splits. The target for this month were Sets 006 and 071. Both sets have been been split into 3 logical pieces based on to attire and setting. April 2021 News and Update Details
Of course we can't start off an April update without extending some Birthday wishes to Veronika on the 14th of the month!!! She turns 46 this year. As always, we'll be releasing a nice Birthday card on the Blog on the 14th to celebrate that milestone.
Now onto the other news this month. We continue our set expansion by splitting out another set made up of obvious separate photoshoot settings. The targets for this month was Set 109. This was truly an eclectic mix of photoshoots of Veronika shot by Pierre Gouzou... almost as if the photographer had hired Veronika for the day and wanted to shoot her in as many different outfits and scenarios as possible. You'll see that the set has now been split into logical pieces based on what Veronika was wearing and the setting. I hope that you will agree that the pictures grouped together in these new sets makes more logical sense.
One more split of another 2 sets is planned for May and then the set splitting will be complete, so stay tuned.

February 2021 News and Update Details
This month we continue our set expansion by splitting out another set made up of obvious separate photoshoot settings. The target for this month is Set 297. It was shot by Italian photographer Claudio Scarpa. You'll see that the set has now been split into 8 logical pieces based on what Veronika was wearing and the setting. I hope that you will agree that the pictures grouped together in these new sets makes more logical sense.
Also of note, this past month we broke through the 500 artist count. New art continues to be created by very talented artists who are inspired to capture the beauty of Veronika on canvas, paper or digital media. All I can say is keep up the fantastic work.

January 2021 News and Update Details
Here's wishing Veronika, her family and all her fans a wonderful and prosperous 2021 !!!!
I always use this New Year post to reflect on the past year in terms of which updates have occurred to the index in 2020. Here are some of the statistics:
- Number of new sets added to the index: 17
- Number of sets which were updated: 236
- Number of updated or new images added to the index: 852
- Number of new artists found: 29
- Number of new works of art added to the collection: 298
- Number of magazines in which Veronika was published: 5
- Number of new videos found: 7.
All and all not a bad year in terms of new material which continues to be published or uncovered of our Veronika. Surprisingly, 2020 saw the highet number of new videos added to the index in many many years. Here's hoping that 2021 will yield as many new "goodies" for us fans.
We've decided to start the year off with a bang by releasing the 500th Veronika set. This set is comprised of 8 recently discovered Ronnie Hertz pics of Veronika holding a series of flags published in the Mar. 1999 issue of Dutch magazine Panorama.
As for plans for the website in 2021 ... as you can imagine this is a labour of love which never ends and will always have updates to be added.
